Meet the Authors

Linda Coffee and Emily Cale, co-authors and publishers of the original Four Ingredient Cookbook® series, have combined their skills to sell over 2 million cookbooks. They started as two busy working mothers sharing time-saving recipes with one another. As their stash of recipes grew, they quickly realized that other busy people, those with special dietary restrictions, and those who enjoy entertaining might be interested in their time-saving ideas for cooking delicious and nutritious meals.
